White screent on every SPL

Question

Sir,

We have both ERA server and explorer updated versions.

While clicking on SELF LEARNING PATH in each session everytime it gets white screen for every student's login. We have cleared all temp files and also files from AppData but still the problem remains.

Can we have permanant solution on the same ?

Steps:
1) Do the learner login
2) Go to the learner Homepage
3) You can find the refresh button on the top right-hand side of the screen
4) Click on the refresh button

Sir,
I have done all these things but problem is still there. Not only SPL but also after learner logout this problem is there.
