OES software problem on WIN 10

Sir,

We have installed OES on WIN 10 machine  few days back and it was running very well but now opening it in chrome with http://eraserver:2020/OES/ this link it shows message as " This site cann't be reached"

We have uninstalled it three times as guided by support executive but this problem occurs again in feww days. Please give permanant solution on this.

We request you to please use below link once before that make sure OES is installed on same system

if the issues still persists kindly generate the SOLAR ticket.

Checked all possible solutions in last three months as said earlier. But didnot get solution from anyone. Everybody is unsuccessful.
