Solution:
- Windows 10 Pro should be present in the system.
- Disable IPv6.
- MS-Office 2013 is required.
- If the MS-Office 2013 already present in the system then kindly reinstall it.
- Use updated ERA Explorer version (22.5.1) and ERA Server version (22.4.1).
- Your issue will get solve.
