MS-Office incompatible Version

After starting the ERA Explorer getting issue of MS - Office Incompatible Version. We request you to, Please provide the solution regarding the same.

Answer 1

• Windows 10 Pro should be present in the system.
• Disable IPv6.
• MS-Office 2013 is required.
• If the MS-Office 2013 already present in the system then kindly reinstall it.
• Use updated ERA Explorer version (22.5.1) and ERA Server version (22.4.1).
• Your issue will get solve.
