Step1: Disable Antivirus / Firewall / IPv6
Step2: Do system and explorer cache clear.
Step3: Rename course_activity folder as (old_course_activity) of particular learner.
Path: (C:\ERA\metabase\lc\cc\Learners\learner code first 8 digits\course_activity)
Step4: Do learner login. In learner dashboard click on LVRD (refresh button) multiple times.
Step5: Check once, your issue will get solved.
