Solution:
Step1: Disable Antivirus / Firewall / IPv6
Step2: Do cache clear
Step3: Rename learner 3_64 file. Path: (C:\ERA\metabase\lc\cc\learners\ learnercode_8 digits\course activity\3_64) (Note: rename the without log json file)
Step4: Do learner login. In learner dashboard click on LVRD (refresh button) multiple times.
Step5: Check once, your issue will get solved.
