Solution:
Step1: Disable Antivirus / Firewall / IPv6
Step2: Do cache-clear
Step3: Check date and time is correct or not.
Step4: Check ERA Live browser version updated or not. ERA Live browser version (22.6.1). If you don't have update browser, use this link: (https://fileshare.mkcl.org/index.php/s/NNQ5Jpt7cpzePFe) and download it.
Step5: If you face difficulty while setting Evidence storage path then rename the config file. Use below path: (C:\users\Admin\ MKCL ERA Live Browser\config)
Step6: Rename it as (old_config).
Step7: Select the Evidence storage path. Browser will run properly.
