Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

Please apply the below steps for this issue.

Solution:

1. Check the ERA Explorer version updated or not. If not updated Please install the updated explorer from the following link.

Link- (http://alcera.mkcl.org/) install explorer as per the system bit.

2. Disable antivirus, firewall and IPv6.

3. Check the internet connection

4. Check the content drive is full or not. If drive is full then keep the required space. (Minimum 20 GB)

5. Change the language

6. Download the respective Course Content.

7. Download the reference material .steps to download reference material

8. Do the health check 

9. Do the learner login and check issue will get solve.
