In order to resolve this issue, please follow the instructions outlined below:
1) Take the first 8 digits from the learner code (of those who are facing the issue).
2) Go to the folder path C:\ERA\metabase\lc\cc_"center code"\learners.
3) Search for the 8 digit learner code.
4) You will then see the "courseactivity" folder.
5) Rename that folder to "old_courseactivity".
Please make sure that both the learner and center logins are closed before performing these steps.
