Error: Course Metadata Not Found. Please contact your LF.

The learner is facing Course Metadata not found error on learner login in ERA Browser for ALC mode.
Kindly request you to provide solution for the same.

Dear All,

Please follow the below steps for this issue

Step1: Do the LF/Center login

Step2: Go to The "Management" Tab

Step3: Click on the "Single Learner Download / Update" Tab

Step4: Search the Learner code

Step5: Click on the "Download" button.

Then do the learner login and check the issue will get resolved. If the issue still persist please generate the SOLAR ticket with the below details

1) Learner Code

2) Screenshot of issue

3) Course Name
