Camera preview and provisional Certificate generation issue for the Final Exam in ERA Live mode

From last week when we are try to solved any exam node in ERA LIVE the learner will stuck in camera. Also we have get the KLiC final exam in ERA LIVE but the provisional certificate is not generated.
