KLiC Course Final Exam not Starting.

Dear sir,
I'm trying to attempt an exam for the KLiC course in ERA, but it's showing the error "Hall Ticket is Not Synced with the Server." I have already generated a hall ticket for the exam. Please guide me and provide the solution.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We kindly request you to verify if the hall ticket has been generated for the current exam event.

For the KLiC courses, the examination is divided into two parts:

1. First part: Scheduled from the 15th to the 17th of the month.
2. Second part: Scheduled from the 29th to the 30th or 31st of the month.

For example: OCT 2023 Part I & OCT 2023 Part II.
