MS Word Uninstall करून पुन्हा install करून पहिले आहे, व ERA सुद्धा.

If you get office related issue on the 64-bit machine

Firstly check office setup is 32 bit or 64 bit

When office 32 bit run on 64-bit machine please uninstall 32-bit office & install 64-bit office on the 64-bit machine.

1.       If ALC has 32 Bit Operating System (OS) Installed On Client Machine:
   1.        Then they need to install MS Office 365 32bit Version on that machine.
   2.        Link for downloading MS Office 365 32bit Version: http://fileserver.mkcl.org/centerdownload2/MS_Office_365_32bit.iso

1.       If ALC has 64 Bit Operating System (OS) Installed On Client Machine:
   1.        Then they need to install MS Office 365 64bit Version.
