era explorer show white screen

on era server machine era explorer show white screen. a will update my browser but show white screen. but other client work good this issue face on server machine only please solution

Dear Sir,

Please check your ERA Explorer version is updated or not 18.5.1, if ERA Explorer version updated but still this issue occurred you should run ERA Explorer Repair Utility on client

Dear sir,

Please check following things on your server machine:

1) Disable Antivirus and Firewall if any

2) Uninstall any applications installed for webcam like IPCam, cam2.0 etc etc
