Dear Sir/Ma'am,

While conducting final exam, we are facing issue, 'Hall ticket details are not synchronized with the server. Please try after sometime.' Please guide regarding this.

Step1: Hall ticket should be generated for the current exam event in the solar.

Step2: Learners before the September 2021 batch can give the Exam in the OES. (Learner after August 2021 batch can give the exam in the ERA login)

Step3: Check the learner batch and conduct the exam respectively.
