Unable to load  content

Please check below :

  • Content path is set
  • Content path is accessible

How to check the content path:

1. Do LF Login for ALC

2. Click on Management

3. Select Load content

You will get the content path set for the particular server. You can also change the content path if the shown content path is incorrect.

If you are unable to upload or load content then please check the internet connection or try to use an alternate internet connection. In case the issue is still there then kindly request you to generate a SOLAR ticket.
