Not able to click on Proceed Button for the KLiC Final Exam.

We are facing KLiC Final Exam issue, after clicking on Proceed button Exam not getting open. Please guide regarding this

Please ensure the following:

1) The hall ticket must be generated for the current exam event.
2) The updated version (24.9.1) must be installed.
