ERA Explorer is not working/starting?

The ERA Explorer system check is stuck in the middle, and is not moving forward. Please refer image

Solution:
1) Right click on ERA Browser / Explorer.exe.
2) Go in properties
3) Select Compatibility option
4) Then select run this program as administrator.

Solution  :- Search ‘%appdata%’ in run as shown in image & delete ERA Browser folder
