There's no save button when solving the TAC.

The TAC page doesn’t have a "Save" button. This makes it impossible to save any changes or updates made while solving issues. As a result, all progress is lost if the page is closed or refreshed.

In the TAC node, if only one question is available, the learner needs to select the correct answer and click "End Exam" directly without the save button. If there are multiple questions in the node, the learner will see both the save button and a list of questions on the right side.
