Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Check if the internet connection is working properly.
2. Ensure that the antivirus and Windows firewall are turned off, and uncheck the IPv6 option.
3. Log out the learner by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R.
4. Clear the browser cache.
5. Refresh the browser using the LVRD button (located at the top right side of the Learner Login Home Page).
6. Make sure you are using the updated browser version.
