While performing an ERA Browser precheck, please take care of the following points:
1. The ERA server and client machine must be on the same internet network.
2. The client machine should have multiple drives available.
3. .NET 3.5 must be installed.
4. A camera must be attached.
5. Check the WMIC status.
6. Verify the Environment Variables path.
7. Ensure that the selected Evidence Storage drive has at least 4 GB of available space.
