Why is Microsoft Office 2007 showing as an incompatible version in the ERA Explorer System Check?

While opening the ERA explorer we are facing the issue, please refer below screenshot for further reference.

Steps to Fix Office Version Issue in ERA:

1. Check which Office version is installed on your computer
   (You found that Office 2019 is installed)

2. Check what version is set in the system (Registry)
   Go to this location:
   Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Word.Application\CurVer
   (You saw that it shows version 12 – which means Office 2007)

3. Update the version to match the installed one
   Change Word.Application.12 to Word.Application.19 (for Office 2019)

4. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
   Type this command: gpupdate /force and press Enter

5. Open the browser and check ERA again
