Step-by-Step Solution
Allow Microphone Access in Windows Settings
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Navigate to: Privacy & security > Microphone
Turn On:
- Microphone access
- Let apps access your microphone
- Let desktop apps access your microphone
This is required as the ERA Exam Client may need microphone and screen-sharing permissions to function properly.

Press Win + I to open Settings.
