Dear Sir/Mam,

For this issue please do the below steps

Step1:- close ERA server exe.

Step2:- Go to the below path

C:\ERA\metabase\ro

Step3:- Rename the folder (downloads & Web)

Step4:- Start the ERA server and check this issue will get resolved.

If the issue persists then generate SOLAR ticket.
