Solution:
Step1: Antivirus and firewall should be disable.
Step2: Check the internet connection.
Step3: Close The ERA server exe.
Step4: Go to ‘C’ Drive
Step5: Click on ‘ERA’ folder
Step6: The ‘windows-amd .json’ file will display in the ERA folder. Check if the file size is “0” KB or not.
Step7: If the file size is “0” KB then rename the file as (windows-amd_old .json)
Step8: Start the server.
Step9: LF login page will display correctly.
