ERA Explorer, white screen is appearing

Question

I request you to please guide me regarding an issue I am having with ERA Explorer. When I open it, a white screen is showing. I was wondering if you could provide any assistance.

Solution:  1)   Right click on ERA Explorer 

                  2)  Go in properties

                  3)  Select Compatibility option  

                  4)  Then select run this program as administrator
