Unable to Start ERA Server

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We are currently unable to start the ERA Server on our system. The following error message is displayed:

"A referral was returned from the server." Kindly guide us on resolving this issue.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1 : Go to C:\ERA location

Step 2 : Right click on ERA_server.exe

Step 3 : Select or Click on properties

Step 4 : Select Compatibility option

Step 5 : Select run this program as administrator

In case the Issue persists, Kindly report the issue on SOLAR support portal.
