Not able to open the Final exam in ERA LIVE browser

Dear Sir,

The "Proceed" button is not clickable in the learner login, preventing the learner from appearing for the KLiC final exam.

For this issue, please ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled:

1. Hall ticket must be generated for the current exam event.

2. The system must be uploaded and approved through WORM.

3. Use the updated ERA LIVE browser. Download Link

4. A working camera should be connected to the system.
